In 2016 I embarked on a remarkable journey when I joined the Heidelberg International Professional Women's Forum (HIPWF) in Germany. Little did I know that this decision would transform my professional life, allowing me to broaden my network, achieve personal growth, and ultimately lead me to the incredible honor of becoming the first President of this esteemed organization.

Joining HIP was pivotal for me, as it provided a platform to connect with like-minded female professionals from diverse backgrounds. Initially, the organization's commitment to fostering collaboration, mentorship, and personal growth was evident. HIP offers many professional development opportunities that greatly contribute to my growth. The wealth of expertise shared by accomplished professionals during panel discussions and speaker events further enriched my understanding of various industries. It inspired me to push the boundaries of my capabilities. As my involvement with HIP deepened, I felt inspired to take on a more active role within the organization. I contributed my time and energy to support its mission and create meaningful change.
It was an incredible honor to be elected as the President of HIP for July 2023 - 2026, becoming the first Bulgarian to hold this position. This achievement not only filled me with immense pride but also reflected the inclusive nature of the organization, which recognizes and values the contributions of women from diverse backgrounds. I aim to continue fostering an inclusive environment where all members can thrive. HIP has always been a driving force for change, advocating for gender equality and empowering women professionals in Heidelberg and beyond. As Head of the Board, I am committed to furthering these efforts and expanding the organization's impact, ensuring that it remains a catalyst for the success and advancement of women professionals.
My journey with the Heidelberg International Professional Women's Forum has been transformative. From expanding my professional network to facilitating personal growth and ultimately leading as President, the organization has provided me with unparalleled opportunities and support.
